New Business Registration

  • The registration process takes 2-3 business days. The approved SSM certificate will be sent via email in PDF format.

Previous SSM Business Registration

  • If you have registered before, check your email for a temporary username and password from the SSM system.
  • Provide this information to the staff to proceed with the registration. This process takes 2-5 business days.

Important Note: This process is only for Sole Proprietorships and Partnerships. Companies such as SDN BHD, PLT, LLP, Clinics, Law Firms, as well as businesses in Sabah and Sarawak, cannot use this form.
